We’re sure that you’re aware of the problems with thumb sucking, but we have a solution! Over time, our fabric guards can help a child break the thumb sucking habit, without limiting the child’s ability to play or use their hands.
Each custom-made guard is worn like a glove over the thumb and secured around the wrist with Velcro.
There are five sizes to choose from and our simple measuring diagram makes it easy to choose the right size. The Velcro around the wrist means they are adjustable and will fit all wrist sizes. Find out how to measure for your child’s thumb guard.
There are lots of different materials to choose from for boys and girls, making the guards fun to wear whilst aiding the parents and childs fight to discourage the habit. Your child should be wearing the Thumbsie® during the day as well as night time, so we highly recommend buying three Thumbsie® fabric guards for each thumb that they suck.
We also make finger guards – recommending three for each hand that they suck. That way, you’ll always have enough to maintain good hygiene. You can purchase finger guards or a fabric thumb sucking guards by visiting our online shop – we offer a range of fun fabrics.
Please note that we do not recommend our products for use by children under the age of 3 without supervision.
We deliver all over the world except USA and Canada. That being said, we accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
"Thumbsie is good and awesome and I loved it. I liked choosing the whale and panda for my thumbsie. I am proud of myself for not sucking my thumb and I like my certificate.
Now my toys wear the thumbsie as I don't need them anymore."
"The transformation has been wonderful to watch, she is much more engaged in family life and seems much happier and more up for trying new things.
We have a different child!"
"As a parent of 2 children, I have been looking for a thumb sucking solution for many years. A lot of the comforting a child associates with thumb sucking is to do with texture and the Thumbsie is a perfect solution to help any child break their habit. "
