Postage and packaging is charged at £2.20 per parcel for first class UK postage. Please note we may not be able to provide a tracking number. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail 24hr service.
Postage and packaging is charged at £2.85 per parcel for first class postage for European countries outside of the UK.
Postage and packaging is charged at £3.80 per parcel for the rest of the World outside of Europe, but not including Canada and USA. We are really sorry but we do not send Thumbsies® to Canada and USA.
Please allow 1-5 working days for delivery from receipt of payment for your order to arrive. Please note deliveries outside the UK will take a little longer. If you need your Thumbsie(s)® in a hurry then please email us on email@example.com and we might be able to get them to you sooner. For orders in the UK will receive notification by email when your has been sent by Royal Mail 24hr service. Please do allow a reasonable amount of time for the order to get to you before getting in touch especially around busy times.
If you have made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, don’t worry just drop us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily send the correct size when we receive the other back. PLEASE DO NOT WEAR THE FABRIC GUARD as we will not be able to exchange it. You will be responsible for the postage of the return and maybe well be charged for the postage of correct order.
Please bear in mind that these thumb and finger guards are a tool to aid children to stop sucking. Success is not guaranteed. The parent/carer will need to encourage the child to stop thumb sucking. Reward charts are designed to help with this.
To receive a refund you must contact us before returning the thumb guards within 48 hours of receiving your Thumbsie(s)®. We will then provide you with a returns address.
We have a non-returnable policy if the Thumbsie® thumb and finger guards have been worn.
We will however refund if the Thumbsie® is faulty.
Please note we are not liable for any packages lost in the post, and therefore suggest the item must be sent back using a trackable/recorded delivery method. This is to avoid lost items and so that we can track your item. Please retain your proof of postage.
A refund for the product price will be initiated once we have received the returned goods. The original delivery charge will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for the delivery cost for returning the items unless there has been an error on our part or the item is faulty.
Please let us know if something is not right. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and we would rather know if you are not happy.
